General Requirement:
• Male/ Female
• Age : Maximum 40
• Education – Major : S1 / D3 – Mechanical, Electrical
• Experience as a QC for S1 min. 3 Years / D3 min. 5 Years (at Highrise building / Factory)
• Good computer skil & proficiency with MS Office, MS Project
• Good command in English
Skill & Competency:
• Possess the ME scope of service (MVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Fighting & Alarm,Electrical, Electronics)
• Possess the installation technique and interpreted the technical spec and drawing
• Possess to inspection and testing method of material / equipment receiving on site
• Possess to provide the project quality plan (PQP)
• Possess to provide the inspection & test plan (ITP)
• Possess the technical specification of material, equipment and accesories of ME work
• Possess the quality and safety management during project execution
Knowledge:
• Understand Project Management, at least scope management, cost management, project quality management etc
• Understand Quality & HSE management system
• Understand statistical on reporting
Profesionality:
• Prefers certified the SKA/ SKT (qualified personal for mechanical or electrical work)
• Prefers certified ISO 9001
Personal Integrity:
• Good on interpersonal skill
• Can do attitude
• Leadership, Responsibility, Honest etc

Responsibilities

• To established and ensure the project quality plan is activate
• To manage and coordinate schedule, equipment and resources for inspection & testing process during project execution
• To develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques, throughout the construction, precommissioning
• To ensure that all installation works are completed satisfactory and accepted by Consultant / Project Owner
• To perform and witness all testing required at vendors premise as required in technical specification or contract
• To established and ensure the Inspection & Test Report is applicable in site work
• To provide the QC report as required by superior or management
