Fusion Splicer Sumitomo ‘s Z1C adalah masa depan pasar mesin splicing karena fitur-fiturnya berikut splicing sangat cepat (7 detik), pemanasan sangat cepat (28 detik), rendah pada maintainces nya, layar sentuh, user friendly, klem universal, busur kalibrasi otomatis , berat badan rendah, penyimpanan data yang tinggi, tahan guncangan, tahan air, tahan debu, 64 gambar / Data 10000 kapasitas penyimpanan, menyediakan 200 * sambatan & siklus panas, upgradation terpencil, 300 program splicing dan 100 program pemanasan dll.
Profil serat didukung oleh Z1C adalah SMF (ITU-T G.652), MMF (ITU-T G.651). DSF (ITU-T G.653), NZDSF (ITU-T G.655). Z1C memiliki diameter cladding dari 80 μ m – 150 μ m dengan diameter lapisan 100 μ m – 1, 000 μ m. Panjang membelah dari 81C adalah 5-16 mm. Hal ini dapat bekerja pada ketinggian 6, 000m pada suhu -10 ~ + 50 � C dan 95% kelembaban.

The TYPE-81C�s advanced electronic design, which accommodates the built-in dual heating system and simultaneous operation, makes the faster fusion splicer available on the market by reducing the bottle neck of �heater wait time�. With an individual heater cycle time of only Approx.20 seconds (60mm Fiber protection sleeves) and a splice cycle of only Approx.6 seconds (Quick mode), the TYPE-81C improves splicing efficiency and productivity dramatically, thereby reducing labor time and costs while increasing project and customer service turn-up.
The TYPE-81C�s 4.1 inch LCD monitor with touch screen operation enables to confirm fiber images easily. The splicer can be operated by touching the icons on the screen. The working efficiency has improved.
The TYPE-81C has environmental protection equivalent to IP52 waterproof and dust proof. Also has anti-shock rubbers around the machine to protect the splicer from dropping.
Designed for portability, precision splicing, reliability, and speed � without foregoing affordability� the TYPE-81C splicer is ideal for splicing applications in the central office or head end, the feeder portion of the FTTx network where speed in high fiber application is crucial, and at terminals leading to the final drop to premises or home. For added convenience and functionality, the TYPE-81C design includes a multi- position monitor that automatically change its view to accommodate front-to-back and back-to-front viewing for a vast array of splicing applications. The splicer is RoHS compliant.
Additionally, the splicer�s High�resolution Direct Core Monitoring (HDCM) image processing software, is used to perform core alignment and estimates splice loss for creating low-loss optical fiber splices with typical splice loss of less than 0.01dB for single-mode fiber and less than 0.01dB for multimode, enables to splice most BIF fibers in the market. Like other Sumitomo splicers, the TYPE-81C is manufactured with durable metal rather than plastic materials predominantly used in the industry.
